Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business contact details, company, service interest, and message. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security events.
Regional routing
To show the right regional site, your browser makes a one-off request to a content-delivery provider that returns only your approximate country. We use this to direct Nigerian visitors to our Nigerian site and other visitors to our international site. You can switch sites at any time using the link in the footer, and your choice is remembered on your device.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential projects, protect the website, keep appropriate business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Lawful handling and retention
We aim to process personal information in line with applicable Nigerian data protection requirements. Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, contractual preparation, security, or legal recordkeeping.
Service providers and transfers
Approved hosting, email, security, and operational providers may process limited information on our behalf. Where information is handled outside Nigeria, we assess appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact info@laflorlogic.com. You may also raise concerns with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and this notice does not create such a guarantee.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website and services develop. The date above identifies the current version.
